THE HOUSE
Maison COIGNET is a family home, where we like to receive family and friends. In the heart of a tropical garden of 2600 m2, the Coignet house has a large swimming pool and a wooden kiosk under the vegetation for outdoor meals. This more than a century-old house has been completely restored and carefully renovated to become a guest house with character.
Its exotic wood floors (rosewood), its original furniture or furniture found on the island, its luxuriant setting, offer a soft and authentic atmosphere. The art of living, comfort and well-being guarantee an exceptional stay. On the floor of the house, a terrace of 40m2 square offers an impregnable view on the mountains. The house is also equipped with a gym, a wellness area and a beautiful wine cellar.

A LUSH GARDEN
The garden presents a wide variety of endemic plants, century-old trees (Flamboyant, Intendance, Royal Palm, Badamier, Latanier.) and fruit trees (Palm, Coconut, Date, Guava, Banana, Mango, Litchis, Longan, Jacq , Breadfruit, Lemon tree, Grapefruit, Mandarin tree, Orange tree, Papaya tree, Atres, Atemonia, Avocado tree, Coffee (arabica), Bilenvi, Madagascan pistachio, Kaffir lime, Traveller's tree, Cœur de Demoiselle, Bird of Paradise, Crossed basket, Crossed basket Seychelles). So many flavors that you will have the pleasure of tasting during your stay. The outdoor kiosk is surrounded by vegetation for a tropical and zen atmosphere. The swimming pool with its exotic wood surround is protected by a volcanic stone wall and lined with palm trees.
THE FLAVORS OF THE GARDEN
Catherine's little vegetable garden includes all the spices and aromatic plants of the island but also of the Mediterranean: coriander (cotomili), basil, small pepper, large curry pepper, onion tail, curly parsley, celery, mint, tail garlic, thyme, rosemary, lemongrass, ginger, turmeric, kaffir lime, lemon basil… so much flavor to be found in the hostess' delicious recipes.

WELLNESS
In the garden, Maison Coignet calls for delicious moments of relaxation by its large swimming pool or in the shade of the pergola. On the upstairs terrace, there is a relaxation area to unwind facing the mountains. Finally, to exercise, guests have access to an equipped gym and a Ping pong table.

THE KIOSK
Friendly outdoor space, the kiosk allows you to take your meals in the heart of the garden for large friendly tables. The stone BBQ equipped with a rotisserie and a plancha is served to you exclusively by the staff.
